Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount.

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
2. Pay at the Hotel
A 5% deposit will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be paid upon check-in.
Payment Information
- In case of no-show or cancellation in accordance with the policy, the automatic charge or refund will be made, depending on the case, to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Upon check-in , guests will be required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for full payment or as a guarantee for the booking.
- By making your reservation, you agree that transaction fees and associated service costs are non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.
